From the other side of the table to yours
Adam did not start in a courtroom. He started in real estate and personal finance, which is where he learned how money, risk, and negotiation actually work. Law school came next, and then years at insurance defense firms, where his job was to defend the exact kinds of claims he now brings.
That experience changed how he practices. He knows how adjusters value a claim, how defense lawyers look for weaknesses, and what makes an insurance company decide a case is too dangerous to lowball.
Adam then moved to the plaintiff side and joined a new, fast-growing personal injury practice group at a Kansas City firm. He did not just work the cases. He helped build and train the team and the systems behind them, because he loves the business of law as much as the practice of it.
Today Adam practices from Lakewood Ranch, Florida as Brillhart Law, serving the Sarasota and Bradenton area and handling matters across Florida, Missouri, and Kansas.
